What is the most powerful night prayer?
Heavenly Father, I come before You with a humble heart as I prepare for rest. Thank you for the gift of this day and all the blessings You have showered upon me. As the day folds into night, I seek Your divine presence and protection to envelop me.
You are my fortress and my refuge, Lord. Your Word in Psalm 91:1-2 declares, “Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.”
I cling to these words, Lord, knowing that under Your protective shadow, no harm can reach me.

As written in Isaiah 54:17, “No weapon forged against you will prevail, and you will refute every tongue that accuses you.”
And as I lay down to sleep, Lord, I pray for a restful night in Your embrace. According to Your Word in Proverbs 3:24, “When you lie down, you will not be afraid; when you lie down, your sleep will be sweet.” Grant me this sweet, fearless sleep, Lord.
