Your violation doesn’t matter as long as you will talk to God about it in prayer. If you have any unfair or extreme court case against you, we will pray together and have it dismissed right now. Go to the book of Daniel 3:1-30. Here, we have the story of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego. These three Hebrew boys who were thrown into a fiery furnace by King Nebuchadnezzar for refusing to bow down to his idol. But God sent an angel to rescue them, and they emerged unscathed from the flames—oh, Hallelujah.

What does this remind us of? That God is ‘justice’ and ‘deliverance’. He intervened on behalf of the three Hebrew boys who acknowledge His name, and will do the same for you as long as you can acknowledge His sovereignty in prayer. There is no court case that God cannot dismiss. He controls any legal process where His name has been called upon.

Prayer for Court Case to Be Dismissed

Our prayer will be in 10 different points, each of them with reference to the Holy Book, the Bible. It’s a guarantee that by the end of this prayer, God will turn things around in our favor. Let’s pray.

1. Prayer for Prosecutors to See that There is No Probable Cause

Dear Heavenly Father,

Guidance and wisdom are your own, and I pray that the prosecutors handling this court case be directed by You. Did you not give Solomon wisdom to tell right from wrong? This is why I pray  that you grant the prosecutors wisdom to uncover that there is no probable cause for this case to go on.

Reveal the truth, oh Lord, and show them that the evidence against me is insufficient. You defended Joseph from false accusations in Genesis 39:6-23, so I pray that you defend me from these charges and have the court case thrown out.

2. Intervene, Oh Lord, in an Illegal Search

My Father in Heaven,

When David faced unjust treatment, he called upon Your Name (Psalm 7:1-17). Please, intervene in any illegal search that may have taken place on my property and expose the truth to the judge. You protected Mary and Joseph from the unjust search of King Herod in Matthew 2:13-15). Please, protect me from the unlawful actions of those who are trying to hurt me. Suppress any evidence obtained illegally, and may this case be dismissed due to the violation of my rights.

I pray that your righteousness and justice prevail, and that I be vindicated through your grace. In Jesus’ name.

3. Prayer to Take Away Any Unfair Evidence Against Me

Dear God,

Here I am before you begging you to remove any unfair evidence against my name. Reveal the truth, oh Lord. Show the judge and prosecutor that the evidence against me is insufficient or tainted. Did you not blind the eyes of the wicked who sought to harm the righteous in 2 Kings 6:18-23? My prayer is that you would blind the eyes of those using unfair evidence against me and my household.

Father, dismiss this court case on grounds of sufficient evidence.

Amen.

4. Heavens Should Get Rid of Evidence that is Manipulated to Fight Me

Our Father,

Would you not intervene and remove any manipulated evidence that is trying to condemn me? I don’t want to go to prison or lose money over a case I shouldn’t be charged for. I beg you to destroy any evidence that has been tampered with or manipulated to fight against me. May the truth be revealed, and may the chain of title be broken so that manipulated evidence becomes useless.

May your righteousness and justice prevail. I ask to be exonerated through your mercy.

I pray in Jesus’ name. Amen.

5. Prayer to Change the Mind of Any Witnesses Set Up by My Enemies

Our Father, I have read Exodus 2:5-10, and seen your wonders. In Exodus 2:5, it says, “When the child (Moses) grew older, she took him to Pharaoh’s daughter and he became her son. She named him Moses,[a] saying, “I drew him out of the water.”” Father, you delivered Moses. May your power and influence touch the minds of those who would testify against me. You changed the heart of Pharaoh’s daughter, who took pity on Moses and spared his life. Please, change the minds of any witnesses set up by those against me.

Oh Lord, show them that their testimony is not valid. You even confused the language of those who sought to build the tower of Babel as recorded in Genesis 11:1-9. I pray that you would confuse the plans of those trying to use false witnesses against us. Let your justice prevail, and may this case be dismissed due to lack of credible witnesses.

6. Prayer Unveiling that the Arresting Officers Failed to State Miranda Rights

My Able God,

LORD my God, I take refuge in you; save and deliver me from all who pursue me, or they will tear me apart like a lion and rip me to pieces with no one to rescue me. (Psalm 7:1-2)

This is why I cry out to you for protection the same way David did. Please, reveal the truth about the arresting officers’ failure to state my Miranda rights.

You even exposed the deceit of Ananias and Sapphira, who lied to the Holy Spirit (Acts 5:1-11). Please, expose the failure of the arresting officers to follow proper procedure. May their omission be uncovered, and their statements be deemed inadmissible as evidence.

7. Help Me, Oh God, to Find the Best Defence Attorney

Adonai,

The best guidance and wisdom come from you. At the moment of the court process, I need your help in finding the best defense attorney to represent me. In the book of Exodus 4:15-16, it says:

You shall speak to him and put words in his mouth; I will help both of you speak and will teach you what to do. He will speak to the people for you, and it will be as if he were your mouth and as if you were God to him.

Dear God, the same way you guided the lips of Aaron to assist Moses in leading the Israelites, please provide me with a skilled and experienced attorney who will fight relentlessly for my rights and freedom.

Reveal to me, oh Lord, the best defense attorney for this court case. Give me the wisdom to know who to trust to convince the prosecutors to dismiss the charges against me.

Amen.

8. Help Me Hold Successful Plea Negotiations

Heavenly Father,

This prayer of mine is a cry for your favor in my plea negotiations. You are God of mercy and grace, and I call Your name just as in Psalm 51:1-2 where David prayed:

Have mercy on me, O God,

according to your unfailing love;

according to your great compassion

blot out my transgressions.

Wash away all my iniquity

and cleanse me from my sin.

I pray for you to guide me and my attorney through these critical discussions. May our plea negotiations be successful, and may we receive leniency and dismissal of charges. Please, vindicate my name through your grace.

Amen.

9. Let There Be a Speedy Trial Violation if I’ve Been Wronged

Oh Lord,

I ask you to uncover in this case a speedy trial violation of my rights. Reveal to the court, Lord, any delays or injustices that have occurred, and may this trial be considered a speedy trial violation. You delivered the Israelites from Pharaoh’s oppression. Please, deliver me and my household from this unjust situation and grant us freedom.

May your mercy prevail, and may I be vindicated through your grace.

I pray, in Jesus’ name. Amen.

10. May Unfair Prosecutors Default the Statute of Limitations and My Charges Dismissed

Dear God,

Expose any unfair prosecutors trying to harm us and may they default on the statute of limitations. Didn’t you confuse the plans of those who sought to build the tower of Babel? This story is there in Genesis 11:1-9 as I pray to you. I ask that you confuse the plans of my adversaries and may their delay result in the dismissal of these charges. I believe in the power of your righteousness and justice to prevail. Let me be exonerated through your mercy.

Amen.

As we have called on God to intervene, expect His mercies to turn this court case in your favor. The court proceedings will be set up to dismiss the case, and any incoherent, unfounded, and simulated evidence will not work against you. The Lord answers prayers, and will answer this prayer. For we pray in Jesus’ name. Amen.
